1/2 cup expresso coffee, chilled
4 oz.semisweet chocolate, or
2 tbsp of chocolate syrup
3 to 4 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup chilled milk

Puree the coffee and chocolate together in a blender. Add the ice cream and blend again. Add sugar if needed. To serve add a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate curls.
