3 c. sugar
2/3 c. Hershey's Cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 8 or 9 inch square pan by buttering and set aside. In a 4 quart saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and salt and stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to full boil. Boil without stirring until soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Cool at room temperature until luke warm. Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens and loses some of its gloss. Quickly spread into prepared pan and cool. Cut into squares.
