cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
t vanilla
1 cup flour
1 t baking powder
2 T milk
1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the sugar and butter. Beat in the egg. Add the flour and baking powder, which have been sifted together, then the milk. Add the chopped peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased baking sheet about 2 apart. Bake @ 350 until lightly browned. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
