3 1/2 c. course crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 1/4 chopped oysters, reserve liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bread crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper.

Melt butter. Add celery and onions. Saute until onions are softened. Add oysters and gently mix.

Pour over breadcrumbs in casserole pan. Mix gently and bake at 350 until "puffy". Add oyster liquid to moisten, if needed.
