6 corn tortillas (quartered)
1 can refried beans or 1 cup cooked pinto beans (mashed)
1 onion sliced and separated
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
sliced velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry tortillas in hot Crisco until crisp. Drain and put a layer of beans on the tortilla. Add cheese, onions and jalapenos. Cook in hot oven or microwave until cheese melts.
