Ingredients:  
1-1/2 Ib. meat (pork, chicken or beef)
1 onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (sliced)
1/2 stick margarine
salt/pepper
2 T. chili powder
1 can tomatoes (chopped)
1 pkg flour or com tortillas.
2-4 chopped jalapenos (optional)
grated cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Precook meat. Drain and cut in 1 inch strips. Melt margarine and saute bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Then add meat and seasonings. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve on heated flour or com tortillas. To heat tortillas melt dab of butter in skillet and brown on both sides. Add optional ingredients if desired.
