1 can red kidney beans 2 c. celery (chopped) 1 minced onion 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 4 small sweet pickles or dill pickles (chopped) 3 T. wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 c. salad oil
Drain beans and combine with celery, onions, nuts and pickles. Mix the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over bean/celery mixture. Toss. Serve on lettuce.
