hot chili (homemade or canned)
Velveeta cheese

Put 12 peeled tamales in large baking pan or flat coming ware. Cover the tamales with chopped onions and hot chili. Cover the top with grated velveeta cheese. Cook in hot oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot with crackers. This is good served with a green salad.
