1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef or pork
1/4 c. tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 T. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic and onion in hot fat until done and yellow. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Drain off fat.
