6 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 T. olive oil
8 kalamata olives, diced finely
8 large fresh basil leaves, chopped
Ground pepper
Dash salt
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 small garlic clove, crushed
French Rounds

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients. Let stand one hour at room temperature. Adjust seasoning. Serve tomato mixture on French Rounds. Always serve at room temperature.
