1 lb salmon, flaked
8 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients through salt and form into a ball or two. Roll ball(s) in mixture of pecans and parsley.

Serve with crackers and/or bread sticks.
