2 STICKS BUTTER
1 TSP VANILLA
12 OZ BAG MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
12 OZ BAG SEMI -CHOCOLATE CHIPS
25 LARGE MARSHMELLOWS
1 C CHOPPED NUTS

Directions:
IN A LARGE POT ADD FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS BRING TO A ROLLING BOIL FOR 2 MIN. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADDED MARSHMELLOWS. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD CHIPS AND NUTS. CHILL
