4 cups coarsley chopt walnuts, soaked for 1 hour or more
1/2 cup maple syrup powder
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp fine sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss walnuts with maple syrup powder, agave nectar, cinnamon and salt. Spread the nuts on a teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 115º for 12 hours or until crisp.
