1 C graham cracker crumbs
3 T sugar
3 T butter or margarine, melted
5 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 C sugar
3 T flour
1 T vanilla
3 eggs
1 C sour cream

1. Mix crumbs, 3 T sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes.
2. Mix cream cheese, 1 C sugar, flour and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time mixing on a low speed after each addition, just until blended. Blend in sour cream. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top as desired.
