Boil turkey giblets until tender Melt about 1/4 cup butter in dutch oven Cut up a couple stalks of celery and onions Chop giblets up in blender Beat 1 egg in measuring cup
Add 1/2 cup milk and broth from giblets to make 1 cup or a little more depending on how moist you want it. Add 1/2 bag bread crumbs and half the milk mixture. Sprinkle poultry seasoning over this. Do next half the same.
