2 c. cooked beans (from Pinto Bean recipe) 1 onion (chopped) 2-3 T. Crisco chopped garlic
Put about 2 tablespoons of Crisco in a skillet. Add chopped onions and garlic. Add drained beans, a few at a time and mash while cooking in the pan. Sprinkle with black pepper and chili powder to taste. Serve warm. Wrap in flour tortilla and roll or fold tortilla to your liking.
