2/3 C Water
1C Flour
1/8 Yeast

Stir all ingredients together, put in glass or clear plastic containr with tight fitting lid.
Put in a warm spot in kitchen.
After 24 hours add 1/2 C Flour and 1/3 C water stir.
Cover and set a side for another 24 hours.
After 24 hours repeat process.
Set aside for another 8 - 24 hours.
Stir down and put in fridge.

To use this starter in receipes bring back to room temperature,then add equal parts of flour and water
pour of what is need for recipe.
Store in fridge and replensih every 3/4days if not used.
