BROWN PORK IN SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. ADD THE DRY ONION SOUP MIX AND ABOUT 2 CUPS OF WATER AND SIMMER UNTIL PORK IS NICE AND TENDER, ABOUT 15-20 MIN. ADD THE CAN OF MUSHROOM SOUP AND ONE FULL CAN OF WATER AND MIX WELL. IN A CASSEROLE DISH, PUT THE KRAUT ON BOTTOM AND SCOOP MEAT MIXTURE OVER KRAUT WITH A SLOTTED SPOON. COOK KLUSKI NOODLES AND PUT OVER MEAT MIXTURE, AND POUR REMAINING JUICE FROM MEAT OVER NOODLES. COVER AND BAKE IN 350 OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MIN.
