2/3 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
3 TABLESPOONS PLUS 1/4 CUT FRESH LEMON JUICE (4 LEMONS)
1 1/2 TEASPOON FENNEL SEEDS- CRUSHED
1 1/2 TEASPOON SALE
1 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
6 BONELESS AND SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 CUT LIGHTLY PACKED FRESH BASIL
1 LARGE GARLIC CLOVE
1 TEASPOON GRATED LEMON ZEST

IN A PLASTIC BAG COMBINE 1/3 CUP OF OIL, 3 TABLESPOONS OF LEMON JUICE, FENNEL SEEDS, 3/4 TEASP. OF SALT, 1/2 TEASP OF PEPPER. ADD THE CHICKEN AND SEAL THE BAG.MASSAGE THE MARINADE IN TO CHICKEN, REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN AND UP TO 24 HOURS, TURNING CHICKEN OCCASIONALLY. PREPARE GRILL FOR MEDIUM HIGH HEAT OR PREHEAT A GRILL PAN OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. GRILL THE CHICKEN UNTIL JUST COOKED THROUGH, ABOUT 5-10 MIN PER SIDE. TRANSFER THE CHICKEN TO A PLATTER. DRIZZLE WITH THE BASIL SAUCE AND SERVE.
