2-3 lbs of chuck roast
1 – 16 oz. Container of French Onion Dip
1 package of dried Au Jus mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put all three ingredients into slow cooker and cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. Shred meat into smaller pieces if needed and add ¼ or ½ cup water if necessary to increase gravy.

Great as sandwiches or served on mashed potatoes.
