1 TBS GROUND GINGER
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
1 TBL TARRAGON VINEGAR

MIX WELL AND MARINATE STEAKS, CHICKEN OR PORK IN THIS FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. GRILL OR BAKE AS DESIRED, BUT ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR GRILLED MEAT.
