1-1/2 lbs.Asparagus 1/2 tsp of garlic salt 1/2 c of chopped onions black pepper
Fill a saucepan with a cup of water, placed over high heat, and bring to a boil. While water is boiling add chopped onions. When onions become tender add the asparagus to the boiling water. Add the salt. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve warm.
