Ingredients:  
1/2 large 2oz. size household yeast cake
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs (well beaten)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine yeast, sugar, mashed potatoes and warm milk; let stand 1/2 hour.
Add: melted butter, eggs, salt and flour.
Knead - let rise until double in bulk.
Shape - raise again - Bake 375
