Cub buttermilk
2 Tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons nonfat sour cream
1 Tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

teaspoon sugar

Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

In blender of food processor blend all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Keeps for one week, makes 1 Cup.
