Crush 1 fat clove of garlic and small onion together in mortar, then mix in 1 teaspoon paprika, teaspoon black (ground) pepper, teaspoon ground cumin, teaspoon mustard power, teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 teaspoon salt.
