2 packages chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
8 green onions, chopped
16 stuffed olives, chopped
2 (8-ounce) jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped, reserve liquid
1 teaspoon curry powder
2/3 cup mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting step 1. Cool and set aside.
Gently stir in next 3 ingredients.
Make a sauce with the artichoke liquid, curry and mayo.
Fold sauce into the rice mixture.
