24 chicken wings, I remove tips
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 TBSP butter
4 TBSP Red Hot
1 tsp vinegar
peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper and fry in oil for 10 minutes, or until browned. In saucepan, melt butter, add red hot and vinegar. Place wings on paper towel to drain. Pour sauce over wings and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350.

If you want a crispier, crunchier piece of chicken, dip wings in Autry House brand breading mix and brown til brown and crispy. Continue with sauce and baking as above.
