4 strips bacon
2 medium or 1 large onion
2 lbs. ground turkey or beef
1 qt. tomatoes
4 - 15 oz cans tomato sauce
3 - 4 small cans mushrooms sliced (or fresh)
1 t. oregano

Saute bacon and onions. Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients and simmer until done. Pour over cooked pasta.
