2# frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes, mix sour cream, and everything else except the cheese together. Pour into 9x13 pan...Top with cheese.
Bake 45 minutes @350º
