6 T. soy sauce 1/4 c. hoisin sauce 1/4 c. dry sherry 1/4 c honey 1/4 c catsup 1 1/2 t minced garlic 1 t minced peeled fresh ginger pinch salt 4 lbs baby back pork ribs
Whisk first 8 ingredients together in medium bowl. Place ribs in large baking pay. Pour marinade over, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. overnight being preferable. Preheat oven to 350º. Remove ribs from marinade and place in single layer on shallow baking pan. Bake 30 mins. Turn ribs over and baste with marinade. Continue baking until tender, basting once, about 35 minutes.
