1 bag frozen cauliflower
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 box Brussel sprouts or carrots (or more cauliflower and broccoli)

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 T flour
1 can evaporated milk
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 T dry vermouth

Cook the cauliflower for 3 minutes and the broccoli and brussel sprouts for 4 minutes. Layer vegetables in a greased 9x13 casserole. melt margarine in a saucepan, add flour, stir and add evaporated milk, Cheez Whiz and seasonings until well blended. Pour over vegetables and bake for 1 hour @ 325.
