Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 eggs
1 C oil
2 sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Mix well
Add:
2 C shredded zucchini
2 cans drained crushed pineapple
Then add:
3 C flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 C chopped nuts
1 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour in two well greased and floured pans. Cool for 10 minutes. Put on racks to cool.
