1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. hot or Italian sausage 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 loaf of mini-cocktail rye bread
Brown beef and sausage well. Drain. Add cubed cheese to meat in pan, add oregano and garlic salt. Stir until cheese is melted. Spread about 1 T of meat mixture on slice of cocktail rye bread. Bake @375º for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is browned and bubbly.
