Step 1 - Crust: 1/2 C melted margarine 1 C flour Mix-it will be crumbly. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2 - Topping: Mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 C powdered sugar 1 C Cool Whip Spread on crust. Mix 1 large or 2 small instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk and 1 tsp. vanilla. Put on cheese topping.
