2 lb. zucchini, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
2 T butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 C corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Wash zucchini, dice and combine with onions; cover with water and boil 15 minutes. Drain well, stir in butter, salt, marjoram, cheese, eggs and corn flakes. Bake in greased casserole @ 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until center is done.
