3 1/2 c. half-n-half
3 c. milk
1 tsp. shrimp base
1 tsp. lobster base
1/3 c. cream sherry
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pound lump backfin crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Combine half-n-half with milk in large saucepan. Slowly bring to a temperature just below simmer. Add shrimp and lobster bases. Reserve 2 c. milk mix and add cornstarch to that. Stir back into mixture in saucepan. Add seafood seasoning and sherry; bring to a temperature just below simmer. Wisk well. Add crab meat, taking care not to break up lumps. Remove from heat and serve.
