2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. ice water
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, shortening and salt with fork until it is "pea-sized."
Pour water (a little at a time) until dough is pliable enough to roll
out. You may not need the full 1/2 c.

Roll out and place in pie pan. Fill with pie filling and roll out
dough to place on top. Flute edges.

Grandma Mitchell was well known for her apple pie. It was always
