50 g walnuts
50 g currants
50 g dessicated coconut
50 g glace cherries
25 g melted butter
50 g raisins
75 g sugar
1 beaten egg
200 g icing sugar
200 g shortcrust pastry













Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the pastry to line a swiss roll tin.
Mix the dry ingredients, add the beaten egg and melted butter.
Spread the mixture over the pastry.
Bake in oven at 185º till golden brown, approx 15 minutes.
Mix the icing sugar with a very little cold water, dribble over tart, sparingly while the tart is still hot.
