Crust
1 1/4 C finely crushed chocolate wafer cookies
1/3 C softened butter

Filling
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1/3 C softened butter
1 T milk
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Glaze
1 T unsweetened cocoa
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, in medium bowl, stir together cookie crumbs and butter. Press on bottom of ungreased 9 inch square baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. For filling, in small mixer bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed; scrape bowl often until light and fluffy. Spread over crust.
For glaze, in small bowl, stir together cocoa and butter. Drizzle over filling. Refrigerate until firm, about 21 hours. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
