1 6-oz. pkg. sliced muenster cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 cup milk
1 cup (choice of ham, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, onions, or any combination of these)

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese and mix half (saving the rest for topping) with eggs, flour, pepper, oregano, milk, and any of the meats or vegetables. Pour into a well-greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes at 400. Then sprinkle remaining cheese and bake two minutes longer.
