2 pounds chuck or round steak, 1-inch thick
1 pkg. beef mushroom soup mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Place steak on heavy duty aluminum foil, and sprinkle both sides with soup mix. Wrap securely in foil, sealing edges airtight with a double fold. Place in a shallow baking pan and roast for 1 hour, or until fork tender.
