6 to 8 pound (half) fully cooked, bone-in ham
2/3 cup apricot preserves
1 1/2 T. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer, placing tip in thickest part of the meat. Bake at 325º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches about 120º. Remove the rind on the ham. Score the fat into a diamond pattern and stud with cloves. Combine preserves, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing until well blended. Brush scored surface of ham with preserve mixture. Continue baking, brushing every 10-15 minutes with preserves mixture, until internal temperature reaches 140º. Place on serving platter. Garnish with bunches of grapes, if desired.
