1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 T light cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add cream or milk, vanilla and pecans. Beat until well mixed. Spoon mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven 40-45 minutes, until center is almost set, but still soft. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
