Ingredients:  
3 Cups mashed sweet potatoes OR may use one large can(2.5lb) --drained;
1 cup sugar;
2 eggs-beaten;
1/2 cup milk;
1/2 tsp cinnamon;
1/2 tsp salt;
1/2 tsp vanilla;
1 stick butter-melted;

TOPPING:

1 cup chopped pecans;
1/2 cup flour;
1 cup light brown sugar;
1/3 stick butter--melted

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash sweet potatoes (or drain can and mash). Add all other ingredients (except topping) and mix until smooth. Pour into greased casserole dish. Mix dry topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Melt 1/3 stick butter and drizzle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
