2 sm. packages lemon Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. longhorn cheese, grated
1/2 c. pecans
1 8oz container cool whip
24 marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water add marshmallows & stir until melted. Add to 2 cups cold water, refrigerate until slightly jelled.

Meanwhile mix drained pineapple, cheese, & pecans. Fold cool whip into pineapple mixture. Then fold all into Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
