(1) 8 oz cream cheese
(1) 8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
(1) small package of dried beef, chopped

Spices (all to taste): a shake or two of onion powder, garlic powder, beaumonde, dill weed and horseradish to taste.

"Earth Grain" plain bagels

Mix together:
cream cheese
sour cream
dried beef, chopped

I recommend "Earth Grain" plain bagels. Cut into bite size pieces
