4 ripe bananas
2 well beaten eggs
2/3 c sugar
1 3/4 c cake flour
3 t baking powder
1/3 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
4 T chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat bananas, sugar, and eggs. Stir together flour, cinnamon baking powder and salt and blend into banana mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 25 min then decrease heat to 300 and bake 30-40 more minutes.

I usually double the recipe an add more nuts. Make sure bananas are very ripe. This reciepe is not adjusted for altitude.
