2 cans asparagus
2 cans drained artichoke hearts (quartered)
2 cans water chestnuts sliced
1 large can sliced mushrooms
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg Hollandaise sauce prepared OR add 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 c. milk.
mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Spray 9x11 deep pan with Pam. Layer ingredients in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Pour prepared Hollandaise sauce OR mushroom sauce over layered vegetables. Top with cheese.

Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
