9oz. pkg. angel food cake
3 T. orange juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. fat free milk
2 pkgs. (4 serving size each) instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. cool whip
2 - 12oz. pkgs. frozen mixed berries, thawed and drained

Cut cake into cubes. Place in a large bowl. Combine orange juice and almond extract. Drizzle and toss the cubes. Pour milk into another bowl. Mix in pudding mixes, wisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1 c. of the whipped cream. Layer half the cubes in bottom of 2 qt glass serving bowl. Reserve a few berries for garnish. Top with layers of half each of the remaining berries and pudding. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2-6 hours before serving. Top with remaining 1/2 c. whipped topping and reserved berries before serving.
