2 c. vanilla wafers
1/3 c. butter
1 c. peanuts, chopped
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. whipped topping
1 large instant chocolate pudding and milk
chocolate candy bar
Reese’s pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafer crumbs, butter and 2/3 c. peanuts; press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in 2 c. whip cream. Spread over crust. Beat milk and pudding in a bowl on low 2 minutes. Spread over cheese layer. Cover and chill 4-6 hours. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, Reese’s, and remaining peanuts.
